Hugo and Helen were married at Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens, in Fallbrook. The frame we open on is the two of them kissing beneath her veil, lifted and held over both their heads, her bouquet of deep pink and burgundy blooms sitting low in the shot. It is a covered frame, and that is the whole trick of it: the veil softens the light falling on their faces and takes everything behind them out of focus.

Notes on the place.
Grand Tradition has been running weddings since May 1984 and has put more than ten thousand of them through these gardens. The practical note for anyone filming here is distance. The estate covers about forty five acres with eighteen of them landscaped, and the walk between the mansion, Compass Garden and Arbor Terrace is long with a full kit on your back. Golf cart assistance is available on request. Ask for it at the start of the day, not at six in the evening.

How much does a wedding videographer cost?
Our collections run from $6,000 for The Moment to $10,000 for The Legacy, our most complete collection. Each one is a full cinematic wedding film of your day plus a custom wedding website. Everything is set out on our Collections page.
When do we get our wedding film?
About 8 to 12 weeks for the full film. The Portrait and The Legacy also include a shorter teaser, delivered sooner, so you have something to share while the main edit is still running.
Will we notice you during the day?
Barely. We film the day as it happens rather than staging it, staying close but out of the way. Most couples tell us afterwards that they forgot anyone was filming.
