01The Day

The way it felt.

There was a quiet moment under an old oak before the ceremony, foreheads together, a white fence line running behind them like the property was built for exactly that shot.

The ceremony itself sat under a greenery arch with the bridal party in soft neutral tones on either side, and the whole thing felt more like a countryside estate wedding than a hotel a few minutes off the freeway. We leaned into that.

02Filming at Westlake Village Inn

On Westlake Village Inn.

Westlake Village Inn trades the resort-hotel feel for something closer to a countryside estate, mature oaks, open lawns, and a fence line that reads beautifully on camera without any dressing at all. It sits close enough to the 101 for guests to find easily, but the grounds themselves feel like they belong somewhere much further out.
