The way it felt.
The estate gates opened onto a palm-lined drive, and Andrew and Angelique walked it hand in hand between ceremony and reception, the desert light doing what it does best late in the day.
It is a private, gated property built around its own polo grounds, which meant the whole day happened without another event or another camera crew anywhere in sight. We had the run of the place, and it shows in the film.

Old Polo Estate is a gated private property in Indio, built around its own polo grounds, cactus gardens, and a long palm-lined entry drive that we used for exactly the kind of walking shot every Coachella Valley couple wants. Desert venues run warm most of the year, so we plan coverage around the early evening light rather than midday, when the palms throw long shadows across the drive and the whole property turns gold.
