Ryan & Mandi
Seven acres on the Riviera, and a bungalow path at the end of the day. Sound on.

Between the bungalows.
Ryan and Mandi were married at Belmond El Encanto, high on the Santa Barbara Riviera, and their portraits were made along the paths that thread between the white bungalows.
Theirs is a short film, close to four minutes, and it keeps to the property. El Encanto is one of the few hotels where the grounds are interesting enough that you never need to leave them.
Notes on the place.
El Encanto is arranged as a village rather than a building: individual white bungalows scattered through seven acres of terraced garden, connected by narrow planted paths. That layout is a gift for a film, because it means portraits can happen in a dozen genuinely different settings within a two minute walk of each other. The height is the other thing to use. The property looks down over the whole of Santa Barbara to the water, and that view holds long after the garden itself has gone into shade.
