Kyle & Marissa
Above the water in Pacific Palisades, and a film that runs long. Sound on.

Length is a choice.
Kyle and Marissa were married at the Bel-Air Bay Club, and their film runs over eight minutes, which is toward the longer end of what we make.
The club sits on the bluff above Will Rogers beach, so the ocean is present in almost every exterior frame without anyone having to walk down to it.
Notes on the place.
An eight minute film is not a longer version of a four minute film, it is a different thing. It has room for speeches to breathe, for a whole song under the first dance, for the quiet minutes between events that a tight cut has to drop. Not every wedding earns it and not every couple wants it. When a day has genuinely good talking in it, which this one did, the long cut is the right call and we will tell you so.
